• Newsletter — email address, consent time and version. Kept until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted 30 days after the confirmation email.
• Paper submissions — name, email, affiliation, title, abstract, draft link, conflicts statement. Published papers are kept as part of the record; unpublished submissions are deleted after 24 months.
• Abuse prevention — a salted hash of your IP address (never the IP itself), kept 24 hours.
